Member of Wellbeing Australia and Trinity RTO Advisory, offers schools and businesses a professional development platform encompassing self-reflection, staff development, change management and student initiatives. With 18 years+ experience in education and corporate in human resources, talent management and career coaching she provides insight to the changing workforce to support individuals in positioning themselves for personal success. Kathryn works with department, catholic and independent schools, offering educators, students, parents and aligned associations support in creating a platform for positive career evaluation, planning and transition.
Throughout her career she has been responsible for identifying talent through to coaching and developing leaders across industries including education, government, IT, healthcare, research and development, banking and finance. Her consultation, development programs and student workshops support individuals in identifying and developing themselves through motivation and engagement.
